We understand the concern of our clients because of their plans being affected by the fast paced developments around Coronavirus. None of us know what’s going to happen, so the best we can do is try to find our way through this unprecedented situation together. As always, we’re in constant communication with our clients separately to find the best way to sort this out with everyone according to their individual needs.


Although there’s no certainty on what’s going to happen, as on the day of writing this post, situation seems to be improving and little by little we’re able to go back to normality with a few restrictions and recommendations. So it is time to start looking forward and think ahead of what's to come


During lockdown, we’ve invested our time by working to perfect ourselves as visual storytellers but mostly, we’ve learned a lot on the best and healthiest practices as professionals who work and have contact with people, we’ve completed different courses offered by the Health Department, we've attended related webinars of the Association of Photographers and of Professional Photographers of America in order to be completely ready to work in this new normality, so we can help you keep yourself and your family and friends healthy and safe during your holidays or events in which we’re honored by being part of.


We’re doing everything we can to stay healthy, we’re following all of the recommendations and taking good care of ourselves, but in case we do catch Coronavirus, we will not under any circumstance risk putting anyone in danger. Instead, we’ll find a replacement photographer or videographer for your session or wedding. Remember feelm is a group of photographers and cinematographers, so be sure we’ll be there without compromising the quality of the result or the talent of the professional attending your event.


If you need to reschedule your session or wedding, no rescheduling fee will be charged, we’ll make our best to work along with you to find a date where we all can still be a part of it. We hope it won’t come to this, but if you’re forced to cancel your session or wedding, no cancellation fee will be charged either. However, this is a situation that none of us wanted or expected to be in, so booking fees or retainer fees will not be refunded, but we can offer to work with you to find the best solution for your individual situation.


Most of our clients have chosen to postpone their weddings and sessions to later this year and even next year, so we’re working hard with all of them to make it possible at no extra cost. Because of all the dates being rescheduled, the rest of this year and the following, will be the busiest years on record. So in order to ensure the availability of the date you’re looking for, we strongly suggest to lock it by letting us know if you already have a date in mind, or to book it if you haven’t done it yet.
