Absolutely! We believe that the more we get to know you, the better the result will be. Unfortunately, most of our clients won't arrive to the destination until their event is a day or two away, so we'll be in touch the whole time before your arrival to help you throughout the process and to solve any doubt that might come up; Once you're here, we would love to meet in person and go through the final details of your event along with your wedding coordinator.

Our turnaround times for wedding collections depend on the season and on the amount of material to be edited, but around 4 weeks for stills and 6 for film is typical. During high season it could increase slightly. They will be delivered digitally via a download link, also, they will be available for you to view them online in our site or to share them with your loved ones. Printed products will be sent via courier. All other portrait photo sessions will be ready within a week.

We tipically deliver anywhere between 60 and 80 images per hour of coverage or per session. That doesn't mean we shoot that amount of photos, we'll take the necessary for you to have the best shot.

We will deliver two videos, a full length video and a highlight video. Both will be delivered digitally via a download link and we will also host them for you to view them online or share them in social media.
